Our email services range from local on-site servers to cloud-based solutions from Google and Microsoft, scalable from 5 to 5,000 users. We make sure your email is hosted securely and protected from loss or corruption.
Getting your email delivered
Reliable email depends on the settings behind your domain name as much as on the mail service itself. We can look after those settings for you and tune the ones other mail servers check before they accept your messages, so your email is trusted, is less likely to land in spam, and is harder for anyone else to fake. If a supplier has mentioned SPF, DKIM or DMARC, these are the settings they mean.
You do not need to know how any of it works. If email is bouncing or going to spam, or a website certificate has expired, tell us what you are seeing: we will fix it and explain what happened in plain English.
Office
